O.C. Real Estate Advisors is a cutting edge real estate services provider in California that wanted a complete revision and update of their website. They wanted a change in design, as well as a number of new functions. That’s where Redwood Commerce came in.

The Challenge

Design and implementation of a dynamic database driven application for tens of thousands of real estate properties, while maintaining ease of use for the average consumer.

The Solution

Redwood Commerce delivered a robust new website that included:

Customized property database searchable by city, area, price, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Integration with google maps so that each property is displayed with its location on a google map. Property detail page also allows user to print out directions from their location using google maps.
Customized form for user to request an appointment to see a home at a specific date and time.
Information pages for each city with embedded links to the city’s schools, points of interest, and housing areas.
Tables displaying database driven queries for average home prices in each city.
Forum for users to ask questions that are answered by the company. All questions and answers are posted to the forum for other users to see.
Customized mortgage calculators that allow users to compute everything from their monthly mortgage payment to how much they can afford to borrow.
Customized forms for users to request a Market Analysis of their home’s value.
Embedded “Click to Call” buttons that allow users to request an immediate call from company with one click of their mouse and entry of their telephone number.
Auto-responders to send Buyers Guide and Sellers Guide upon user request and internal link for users for immediate download of the guides.
